Just made myself a green smoothie to give myself a boost of vitamins in a last ditch effort to kick this cold. I thought I'd share this super easy recipe with you to try for yourself.
What you'll need:
2 cups kale chopped
1 ripe banana
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
Throw ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
