for a real-sized kitchen to cook in with my mom! it's been great! i'm a maniac! i can't stop. i'll fill you in on all of the latest kitchen creations when i have some more time... right now we are heading out the door to go to our hawaiian quilting class! YAHOO! i'm learning applique and hand quilting- it's not easy! happy cooking!

It sounds like your having a pretty good time! I can tell you right now that my mum would LOVE to have you come over and clean/organize her. I try but it just doesn't seem to be enough....Maybe we could double team!? LOL

When my dear friend Beth was visiting a few weeks ago, we were discussing this very idea, as she helped me to organize our house--actually stage it--for a showing to a potential buyer (Beth and her husband just moved to Houston, by the way!). She was talking one minute about how she didn't know what she wanted to do next in her life, and the next minute she was saying how she loved to organize for people. One flash of insight later, I told her she should do THAT for a next career! So, she is looking into it. Maybe you and she can connect? How far is Austin from Houston? (-;
ReplyDeletems. chere- i think i like beth already~ sounds like we are kindred spirits!! houston and austin (i googled it) are about 3.75 hours apart.... but it could work :) you never know... she could open the houston chapter, and i the austin.... it's perfect! sounds like too much fun to me! is she the person who always writes the uplifting messages on your facebook?
